"Be a Little Town Planner" Workshops

Remarks:
Activity content: participants will plan for a SimCity on the map.
Materials: LEGO bricks, cards, water-based marker, tape/double-sided tape, scissors, and laminated map.
Enrolment starts on 21 Nov 2026. Children aged 8-12, to be accompanied by a parent, are welcome to join the workshops. Programmes are conducted in Cantonese. Prior registration starts on the specified dates and can be made by phone or in person at the respective libraries on a first come, first served basis. Participation is free. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" announced by the Government is in force 3 hours before the event commences, the event will be cancelled or postponed.

The workshops aim at promoting the town planning in Hong Kong.
The Library will provide activity materials and cleaning items such as paper towels and wet wipes. Participants may bring their own materials and protective/stain-proof items if needed.
