Centred on the theme of “Einstein’s Journey of Growth”, the workshops feature three members of the Story Adventure Team who will invite children into the world of stories to explore the life of Albert Einstein, the Nobel Prize-winning physicist. Starting from Einstein’s childhood when he already displayed an insatiable curiosity, children will discover how he gradually embarked on the path to becoming an outstanding scientist under the influence of his parents and teachers. After the story theatre, members of the Story Adventure Team will work with children to make a simple compass, which can be taken home to further develop an interest in science.
The Library will provide activity materials and cleaning items such as paper towels and wet wipes. Participants may bring their own materials and protective/stain-proof items if needed. |
